Cyclorama

Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 July 2026

Cyclorama collects nothing. It has no analytics, no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing about you or your Mac is ever sent to us, because there is no "us" server to send it to.

It makes no network connections

Cyclorama does not connect to the internet. It has no servers, sends no data, and receives none. Everything it does happens entirely on your Mac.

Your content stays on your Mac

Videos you add as wallpaper are copied into Cyclorama's own storage on your Mac and never leave it. Your wallpaper selection, schedule, and settings are stored locally on your Mac. Nothing is stored anywhere else.

Removing everything. Move Cyclorama to the Trash, then delete its container folder at ~/Library/Containers/app.cyclorama. That removes the app and everything it ever stored.

Diagnostics

Cyclorama writes ordinary diagnostic messages to the local macOS logging system (Console) to help with troubleshooting on your own machine. These logs stay on your Mac, are not collected, and are managed and rotated by macOS.

Children

Cyclorama is a general-purpose utility, collects no data, and is suitable for all ages.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Since the app collects nothing, changes are expected to be rare.
